Production Manager Scorecard - versions to compare

Same scoring engine, same 12 KPIs, same weights and thresholds in all three. The only thing that differs is how the summary at the top of the assessment is laid out. Open each and say which you'd rather put in front of a manager.

  • Five equal tiles: score, category, gatekeeper, evidence, bonus.
  • Each carries a coloured top edge for its state.
  • Thresholds stated as text under the category tile.

  • The score leads on one large purple card, band beside it.
  • Gatekeeper, evidence and bonus become three smaller cards.
  • A position bar shows where the score falls across the bands.

Identical to B on screen, with three faults put right.

  • Position bar numbers now line up with the bands they label.
  • Bonus card can show green when a band is actually achieved.
  • Internal tidy-up with no visible effect.
